Tutoring
Tutoring is typically defined as one-on-one or small-group personalized instruction by teachers or paraprofessionals. Numerous studies have been published recently providing evidence that tutoring can be one of the most versatile and potentially transformative educational resources in use today. Research has also shown that the most successful tutoring programs that yield consistent positive impacts on learning outcomes occurs when the tutor is a teacher or paraprofessional.
